DtEC can supply a complete installation service for the work associated with column internals. Removal of existing equipment and installation of new, modifications of tower attachments, nozzles, etc. Weld overlay, shell repairs, coded welding. Our time served experienced professionals will work in partnership with you to complete the most arduous scopes of work.

Inspection of Column Internals & Emergency Response Teams
DtEC, offers a full inspection service. Our supervision teams will provide full column internals inspection reports and recommendations on replacement or repair requirements. We know that the un-expected can happen at any time. An unplanned plant outage can be a logistical nightmare. One call to DtEC and we will take away the trouble of organizing emergency column inspections / repairs. Our rapid mobilization team will assess the situation and produce method statements for access to the column and deal with safe entry. Once the damage has been determined we will co-ordinate the actions to get you back on stream including supply of replacement equipment and mobilization of personnel to perform the work.

Shutdown Planning & Project Management
DtEC can supply experienced planning staff and project management team’s to oversee your column work utilizing your own labour source.

Technical Supervision
Technical Supervisors are available for hire to oversee the correct fitment of any type of distillation equipment from any of the major manufacturers.

Supply of Replacement Hardware
DtEC offers a sale or return hardware service for shutdown usage tailored to your particular plant.

Manufacture of Distillation Equipment
DtEC has a state of the art CNC based manufacturing facility located in the Midlands, UK. The factory is set up to handle anything from large volume tray production through to single panel emergency supply replacements.
